Compensation & Benefits:
• Base pay starts at a guaranteed $17.50 per hour
• Performance-Based Pay, which includes bonuses and tips
• Average full-time weekly earnings: $700-$850.
• Enjoy 100% of client tips
• 6 paid holidays off annually (after 2 months).
• Between 6-12 paid vacation days each year.
