Join our dedicated security team as an Unarmed Security Guard specializing in Estate Security during overnight shifts. Duties
• Conduct regular patrols of the estate grounds, buildings, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
• Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Control access points by verifying identification and documenting all entries and exits during overnight hours.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies, conflicts, or property damage.
• Enforce estate policies by managing conflicts professionally and de-escalating tense situations effectively.
• Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when required to ensure swift resolution of incidents.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, conflict management, CCTV operation, or loss prevention are a plus.
• Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV systems and monitoring techniques.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert during overnight shifts for extended periods.
