Our 16,000 colleagues – across our global network of bakeries, distribution sites and offices – each with their own unique, diverse experience of happiness, come together with one shared purpose: to bring happiness with every bite, we say: “Winning feels good, winning together feels better!”pladis is looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Specialist for our pladis Türkiye Maintenance Team.What will be your key deliverables?• Planning the electrical maintenance activities within the scope of duty,• Ensuring that all equipment related to its field throughout the factory are active and working at the desired capacity,• To manage the spare parts required for all technical studies,• To determine the investments, improvements and revisions for the current and future periods;• To design a project by making its feasibility, to report to the management for its realization,• Researching, creating and disseminating best-practice applications that will provide cost and efficiency advantages,• Creating annual maintenance and energy budgets, ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with the budget,What do you need for this role?• University Degree from Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electronic Communication Engineering.• At least 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair department.• PLC & Automation system knowledge and experience is necessary.• Fluent in English.• Good level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred.• Good level of planning and organization skills and industrial comminication infrastructures.Our valuesWe bring happiness with every bite.
