According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the net monthly minimum wage for packing staff is 25,548 TL as of 1 January 2026, with gross set at 30,058 TL. Overtime must be paid at 150% of the hourly rate after 45 hours per week.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Security states that packing staff positions require only primary school completion and no prior experience for entry-level roles. Employers must provide on-the-job training within the first 30 days.

Applicants must submit a valid TC Kimlik Kartı, SGK registration number, and a recent health report from a public hospital to İŞKUR or directly to employers. Applications via e-Devlet must be completed by 31 December 2026 for the current period.

Packing staff are limited to 45 hours per week with at least 14 days of paid annual leave after one year of service, rising to 20 days after three years. Night shifts between 20:00 and 06:00 require an extra 20% premium.
