We're looking for a Technical Service Engineer for our customer which is based in Germany.Qualifications* University bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Electrical and Electronics or related fields,* Excellent command of written and spoken English (German knowledge is an advantage),* At least 3-4 years of experience in a technical role in low-voltage and/or medium-voltage switchgear systems,* Proficiency in SCADA systems,* Excellent computer skills in MS Office and Excel,* Proficiency in drawing programs (E-Plan, Auto cad),                * No restrictions on domestic and international travel,* Completed military service for male candidates,* Results and solution-oriented, research-oriented, analytical thinking, strong communication skills.Job DescriptionThe candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:* To be the key point of contact between Headquarters and companies local team on all technical matters, and between Customers and Partners who need technical support and local team. Acting as a point of contact for escalating technical issues to a higher level.* Knowledge of Solar Power Plants and Industrial Projects* Managing field service issues.* Ensuring on-site and/or remote resolution of service issues.* Being a technical expert in all companies standards and specifications. Adapting products/solutions to updated standards.* Regularly informing the sales team about new information regarding products and solutions, international/local standards to increase the team's technical competence.* Leading the local product or solution development process.* Collaborating closely with the Marketing Department to create catalogs, presentations, and articles about companies products/solutions for technical and marketing purposes.* Providing training to customers, partners, employees, and all stakeholders.* Complying with and ensuring compliance with the company's health, safety, and environmental policies.* Reporting to the Technical Manager.
