Position: Service Crew (Culinary

Job Scope:
β€’ Prepare basic, washing, peeling, chopping and cutting raw items
β€’ Rearrange walk chiller and freezer raw materials based on FIFO
β€’ Conduct pre-cooking checks on raw materials
β€’ Prepare raw materials for the next meal
β€’ To ensure all raw materials are labeled and dated
β€’ Make cordial drinks if required
β€’ Provide quality service if serving is required
β€’ Collect food samples
β€’ Adhering to kitchen’s food handling Standard Operating Procedure
β€’ Ensure the kitchen surrounding areas are cleaned properly
β€’ Handles all equipment and utensils the proper way and clean as you go
β€’ Track, record and replenish inventory as needed
β€’ Suggest improvement activities across workstations
β€’ Other work scope as required by business needs
