Job summary

We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and service-oriented Barista to join our team. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist in taking orders, handling payments, and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant.

Job Responsibilities
• Able to do proper latte art and have relevant cafe/restaurant experience
• Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
• Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
• Ensure proper procedures for order entry and payment processing using POS systems
• Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner
• Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas
• Clean tables, preparation of table plans and lay out, complete closing duties and re-stock table ware and other supplies
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company

Job Requirements:
• With at least 3 years of F&B working experience in restaurant
• Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards
• Outgoing personality and highly motivated and takes initiative
• Positive and motivated to work in a fast-pace work environment
• Prefers to hold a recognised Basic food hygiene certification
• Clean and hygienic in food and beverage handling
• Able to work as a team with fellow colleagues
• Able to work weekends and public holidays

Part-Time positions are available at $12-$15/hour.
