As we grow our e-commerce business, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our fulfilment team.

Job Summary We are looking for a meticulous and responsible

Part-Time E-Commerce Packer to support our daily online order fulfilment. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately and neatly to ensure customers receive their items in excellent condition.

Location: Woodlands Job Responsibilities

Pick and pack daily online orders (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify)

Print pick lists and shipping labels

Ensure accuracy of SKU, quantity, and packaging condition

Perform quality checks before shipment

Coordinate with production team on stock availability

Arrange courier collection and ensure parcels are handed over correctly

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of packing area

Assist with stock count and inventory updates

Support campaign fulfilment during peak periods (11.11, Payday sales)

Requirements

Minimum secondary education

Physically able to stand and perform packing work, able to lift cartons up to 15kg

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, printing documents)

Able to work independently and follow SOP

Detail-oriented and responsible

Able to handle fast-paced environment during campaigns

Prior warehouse / packing experience preferred but not required
