Job Description
Job Description & Requirements:
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and progress.
• Attend site walks and meetings; resolve issues promptly with all stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, align with main contractor’s master schedule, and handle delays.
• Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Ensure Engineers and Supervisors follow the latest approved drawings.
• Oversee and manage all project drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
• Handle contract documents like Extension of Time (EOT), Variation Orders (VO), and claims.
• Prepare and submit site progress claims; verify subcontractors’ claims for accuracy.
• Enforce safety rules and PPE requirements with site safety officers.
• Report to the Project Director and follow instructions for smooth project delivery.
• Maintain project records and provide regular progress and risk updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing plumbing & sanitary construction projects.
• Possessing a valid Plumber License is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with PUB’s codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience with BIM Revit and Autodesk software is preferred.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license preferred.
