Job Description
• Position: Personal / Family Driver to Chairman
• Location: Holland Village (Islandwide duties, Office at Paya Lebar)
• Working Hours: 5-day work week, Monday – Friday (Office hours)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus + Overtime + Insurance + Medical + Flexi Care
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

Main Responsibilities
• Provide chauffeur services for the Chairman for official business and personal appointments
• Provide chauffeur services for the Chairman’s wife and family members when required
• Provide transport services for guests of the Chairman when necessary
• Assist with administrative or personal errands such as document collection, deliveries or simple purchases when required
• Ensure cleanliness, upkeep and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles
• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and ensure all safety requirements are met
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times
• Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a personal or corporate driver supporting senior management or executives is preferred
• Good punctuality, reliability, patience and strong work ethic
