Position Overview:

As a Residential Cleaning Team Leader, you will oversee a team of cleaners, ensuring homes are cleaned to the highest standards. Your handyman skills will be a major asset in addressing minor home maintenance tasks that enhance our service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to clean, lead, and solve small maintenance issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of residential cleaners, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
• Perform residential cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitization.
• Utilize handyman skills to perform minor home maintenance tasks (e.g., fixing door handles, light repairs, basic plumbing issues).
• Train and mentor team members on best cleaning practices and safety procedures.
• Manage schedules, assign tasks, and ensure all jobs are completed on time.
• Communicate effectively with clients and handle any service-related concerns.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements:
• Experience in residential cleaning or a similar fast-paced industry.
• Handyman skills or experience in maintenance, construction, or a trade is a strong advantage.
