ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Crew (SALARY RANGE: S$2,200 – S$2,900)
• Deliver excellent customer service and attend to guests' needs promptly.
• Set up and close the restaurant according to standard procedures.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Support smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.

Restaurant Supervisor (SALARY RANGE: S$3,000 – S$3,500)
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Support team members in guest interactions and handle customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain high standards in food service, presentation, and overall dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
• Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
• Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
