Job Description
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, residents, team members, and property assets at Silver Sands Beach.
• Monitor and patrol the property, including guest areas, residential zones, beach access points, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, residents, visitors, and colleagues at all times.
• Control access at entry and exit points, verifying identification and managing visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, including medical situations, disturbances, or security breaches.
• Provide assistance to guests and residents in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Conduct routine checks of security systems, including CCTV, fire safety equipment, and access control systems.
• Report and document incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support evacuation procedures and emergency drills as required.
• Coordinate with local authorities (police, ambulance, fire services) when necessary.
• Enforce property rules and regulations for both short‑term guests and long‑term residents.
• Valid security license/certification as per KSA regulations.
