BIN JUMAH HOSPITALITY is looking for an Storekeeper with EXPERIENCE in ORACLE System.

Responsibilities:

A storekeeper is primarily responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records of goods within a store . The duties include receiving and inspecting deliveries, organizing storage, managing stock levels, and facilitating the distribution of goods. and also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and organized environment, and often contribute to customer service and staff management.
β€’ Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Checking deliveries for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies against purchase orders.
β€’ Stock Control: Maintaining optimal stock levels, monitoring inventory turnover, and initiating purchase requisitions when needed.
β€’ Storage and Organization: Organizing storage spaces, ensuring proper storage conditions, and managing the layout of the store to maximize efficiency and sales.
β€’ Inventory Audits: Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling physical stock with records.
β€’ Stock Rotation: Ensuring older stock is used first to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
β€’ Order Processing: Assisting with the placement of orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
β€’ Issuing Materials: Distributing materials to authorized personnel or departments according to established procedures.
β€’ Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of all transactions, stock movements, and inventory levels.
