Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple fine dining restaurants within our group. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and ensure that each location consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences while achieving operational and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Operational Leadership
β€’ Oversee daily operations across assigned restaurants, ensuring adherence to brand standards and service excellence.
β€’ Implement and monitor SOPs for food quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
β€’ Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide guidance.
β€’ Team Management
β€’ Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff.
β€’ Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
β€’ Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
β€’ Financial Performance
β€’ Drive revenue growth and profitability across all outlets.
β€’ Monitor budgets, P&L statements, and cost controls.

Qualifications

β€’ Minimum 5–7 years of multi-unit management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

β€’ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
