Housekeeper (Maid)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably with experience as a household helper, hotel/guesthouse staff, or in a similar role.
• Knows basic cleaning and housekeeping practices.
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle personal belongings and information with discretion.
• Maintains a neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Polite and respectful in dealing with others.
• Willing to stay in (if needed) and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when guests are around.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
• Shows initiative and strong attention to detail.
• Able to communicate courteously in English or Filipino.
• Pleasant, approachable, and service-oriented.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carry out general cleaning in all guesthouse areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and common spaces.
• Ensure all rooms remain clean, orderly, and ready before and during guest stays.
• Assist with laundry, ironing, and organizing wardrobes as needed.
• Fold blankets and linens and ensure beds are properly made.
• Provide support with basic kitchen tasks.
• Keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.
• Handle simple errands and help manage household supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with fellow staff to maintain smooth guesthouse operations.
