Head Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Salalah
We are hiring a skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high‑end fine dining restaurant in Salalah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. • Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to meet budget targets

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant
• In‑depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Creativity and innovation in menu planning and dish creation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Food safety certification is preferred
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
