You’ll have great menu knowledge, make recommendations, and ensure every guest enjoys a top-class dining experience.About You✨ Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude✨ Passionate about great service and making guests feel welcome✨ A strong team player who works well in a fast-paced environment✨ Professional and well-mannered, both with guests and colleagues✨ Track record of delivering exceptional guest service in premium restaurants, hotels, or private member clubs.✨ Comfortable with high-volume service while maintaining quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.✨ Previous experience in venues with table service, wine knowledge, and a refined guest experience is strongly preferred.✨ Confident, polished, and service-driven — ideally with experience in Michelin-starred, AA Rosette, or internationally recognised establishments.✨ Capable of anticipating guest needs, upselling with discretion, and building rapport under pressure.✨ Proven front-of-house experience in high-end or fast-paced hospitality settings.At Mr. Lau’s, we celebrate diversity and team spirit, creating a fun and inclusive workplace.Ready to join us?
