Job Description
Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Housekeeping cum Office Boy to maintain the cleanliness of our office premises and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure a professional and tidy environment for staff and visitors while handling basic outdoor and indoor errands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Maintenance & Housekeeping
• Daily Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and dusting all workstations, cabins, and common areas before office hours begin.
• Pantry Management: Preparing and serving tea/coffee/water to staff and guests. Ensuring the pantry and kitchen equipment are clean.
• Restroom Hygiene: Regularly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and ensuring the availability of essential supplies (soap, tissues, etc.).
• Waste Management: Emptying trash bins daily and ensuring proper disposal of waste.

2. Administrative Support (Office Boy Tasks)
• Errands: Handling outdoor tasks such as visiting the bank, post office, or purchasing office groceries and stationery.
• Document Handling: Assisting with photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents between departments.
• Meeting Support: Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring projectors or other equipment are ready as needed.
• Stock Monitoring: Keeping track of cleaning supplies and pantry stock, informing the manager when refills are required.
