• Job Description :-
• - Designing of MEP (Firefighting and Plumbing) for various commercial, Datacenter, hotel, and industrial projects as per IS, NBC and NFPA standard.
• - Coordination with BD Estimation department to give Prebid support in terms of project quantification and value engineering at Prebid stage.
• - Site visit to get the complete idea of the project
• - Coordinating with clients to get complete details for the project
• - Designing the plumbing, firefighting, layout for the given project and coordination with electrical design
• - Preparing the Schematics for mechanical services - Designing the piping and duct layouts
• - Preparation and up dation of Drawing and TDS trackers for respective projects.
• - Team working for MEP coordination in 2D and Revit drawings.
• - Deriving FF PHE MTOs from approved layouts and support site team in Quantity variation closures.
• - proposing Value Engineering points for design savings during TDS and Drawing approvals.
• - Hydraulic Calculations with software like Pipenet, Sprinkcal etc,
• - Follow up with architects, consultants, and PMCs in case of any technical issues clarification
• - IMS compliance
