Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified B-License Electrician with experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across commercial and residential interiors, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute electrical works for interior fit-out projects including offices, retail stores
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, DBs (distribution boards), and fixtures
Interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other trades for smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems
Identify faults and perform troubleshooting and repairs
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials at site
Adhere to project timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

Valid B-License Electrician Certification (mandatory)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work on multiple sites/projects
