Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Fabricator/Welder to join our production team at Flybed Home’s factory. The ideal candidate must be ITI-certified and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication. This role is critical in the precision fabrication and assembly of wall bed systems and related structures to ensure durability, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welding & Fabrication:
• Perform ARC, MIG, and Argon welding for various bed frame and Cycle stands components and metal assemblies.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and fabrication blueprints with high accuracy.
• Measure and mark cutting lines, use hand tools, power tools, and machines to cut and join metal parts.
2. Structural Assembly:
• Assemble fabricated parts to create semi-finished or finished bed systems and cycle stands.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, alignment, and structural strength of fabricated components.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Inspect welds and fabricated assemblies for defects, cracks, or non-conformance.
• Conduct necessary finishing tasks including grinding, polishing, and edge finishing to meet quality standards.
4. Maintenance & Safety:
• Maintain and service welding and cutting equipment to ensure longevity and performance.
• Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and adhere to factory safety standards.
5. Production Efficiency:
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors, designers, and production planners for timely execution of fabrication tasks.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• ITI Certification in Welding/Fabrication – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fabrication and industrial welding.
• Strong knowledge of ARC, MIG, and Argon welding techniques.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Location: Flybed Home Factory, Mira Road East, Mumbai
• Age: Male candidate aged 25 to 45
Working Hours:
• Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Sunday – Fixed Weekly Off
