Position: Plumbing and Firefighting Draughtsman

Department: MEP

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed shop drawings for plumbing and firefighting systems as per project specifications and design inputs.
• Coordinate with design engineers to interpret layouts and ensure technical accuracy in drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and revisions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, project standards, and industry best practices.
• Participate in site visits when required to verify coordination and installation.
• Maintain drawing registers and documentation as per company standards.

Technical Skills Required:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
• Basic knowledge of Revit MEP (preferred).
• Understanding of piping layouts, schematic diagrams, and coordination drawings.
• Familiarity with CP, STP, WTP, and firefighting systems like hydrants, sprinklers, and pump room layouts.

Soft Skills:
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
