Job Description
HRMM Quarry is looking for a skilled Auto Electrician to join our maintenance team at our Shai Hills quarry site, GHANA. You will be responsible for the electrical systems of our heavy plant and fleet vehicles, keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

Location

HRMM Quarry Shai Hills, Greater Accra Region, Ghana (Situated near the Shai Hills Resource Reserve, off the Accra–Aflao Highway)

Site accommodation and transport are provided for qualifying candidates.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on heavy quarry equipment, trucks, and plant machinery
• Install, test, and commission electrical components, wiring harnesses, and control systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections on all fleet vehicles and mobile plant
• Fault-find and repair alternators, starter motors, batteries, and charging systems
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise equipment downtime
• Maintain accurate service records and maintenance reports
• Work alongside the mechanical team to resolve combined faults
• Comply with all site safety, health, and environmental procedures

Requirements
• Trade certificate or diploma in Auto Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a heavy plant, mining, or quarry environment
• Sound knowledge of 12V/24V electrical systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Experience with CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, or similar heavy equipment
