Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas lines

Fit and repair fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and water heaters

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems

Detect leaks and blockages using appropriate tools and techniques

Collaborate with other construction or maintenance staff when required

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role

Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety standards

Ability to read technical drawings and layouts

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces

Basic understanding of building codes and regulations

ITI certification or vocational training in plumbing (preferred)
