Role Description The Helper – Packaging & Assembly role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting in the packaging of food products, including counting, sorting, labeling, and sealing items as per company standards. Responsibilities include supporting assembly-line operations, organizing packed goods, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and following hygiene and safety guidelines. The helper will work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely packaging and dispatch of products. The role may require standing for extended periods, handling lightweight materials, and performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
Qualifications
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety, hygiene practices, and handling of food products in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, move between workstations, and handle light to moderate lifting as needed.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a cooperative attitude toward working in a team-oriented production setting.
• Willingness to learn new processes, adapt to shift timings if required, and comply with company quality standards.
• Previous experience in packaging, assembly, or manufacturing is mandatory.
