The Electrician is responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment at project sites. The role includes wiring, panel connections, fixture installation, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities Electrical Installation Works
• Install electrical wiring, conduits, trunking, and cable trays
• Execute internal and external wiring works
• Install switches, sockets, DBs, MCBs, panels, and fixtures
• Perform cable pulling and termination
• Install lighting systems and power points

Equipment & Panel Work
• Connect and test distribution boards and panels
• Perform termination of LT cables and control wiring
• Assist in panel dressing and labeling
• Support installation of UPS, DG, and earthing systems

Testing & Commissioning
• Test electrical circuits and systems
• Check voltage, continuity, and load conditions
• Identify and rectify faults
• Support energization and commissioning activities

Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose electrical faults and breakdowns
• Repair or replace defective components
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Respond to site electrical complaints quickly

Drawing & Coordination
• Read electrical drawings and layouts
• Follow wiring diagrams and load schedules
• Coordinate with civil and interior teams for routing and fixing

Safety Compliance
• Follow electrical safety standards and procedures
• Use PPE and insulated tools
• Ensure proper earthing and protection systems
• Maintain safe work practices at site
