Key Responsibilities:
Assist experienced welders in various tasks, including preparing materials, setting up equipment, and performing basic welding operations. Learn and apply different welding techniques such as Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), and TIG (GTAW). Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to understand project requirements. Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently under supervision. Perform basic maintenance on welding tools and equipment. Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications. Follow all safety protocols and procedures on the shop floor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops.
