Position Overview:We are hiring a responsible and hardworking Packaging & Dispatch Executive to handle final product packaging, color set packaging, and loading/unloading of materials at our factory.
Key Responsibilities:1️⃣ Final Product PackagingPack complete Art Therapy Kits as per company standards
Verify all kit components (canvas, paints, tools, manual, etc.)
Match correct product code and design
Perform final quality check before sealing
Box folding, taping, barcode pasting
Maintain daily production count
2️⃣ Color Set PackagingCount and arrange correct paint colors as per design sheet
Fill and seal paint containers properly
Ensure correct shade number matching
Prevent leakage, mixing, or missing colors
Maintain cleanliness in color section
3️⃣ Loading & Unloading of MaterialsLoad finished goods for dispatch safely
Unload raw materials (canvas rolls, paints, boxes, etc.)
Arrange materials properly in storage area
Ensure careful handling to avoid damage
Support dispatch team during courier pickups
Maintain stock movement discipline
4️⃣ Quality & DisciplineFollow SOP and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Report damaged/short materials immediately
Avoid wastage
Complete daily targets on time
Skills Required:Attention to detail
Basic reading ability (codes & numbers)
Physically fit for lifting materials
Team player
Responsible and punctual
Experience:Fresher or 6 months experience in factory/packaging preferred
Performance Evaluation Based On:Accuracy in packaging
Speed & daily target completion
Error rate
Attendance & punctuality
Care in loading/unloading

कामाच्या जबाबदाऱ्या:१️⃣ अंतिम उत्पादन पॅकेजिंगपूर्ण आर्ट थेरपी किट कंपनीच्या नियमांनुसार पॅक करणे
किटमधील सर्व वस्तू तपासणे (कॅनव्हास, रंग, टूल्स, मॅन्युअल इ.)
योग्य प्रॉडक्ट कोड व डिझाईन जुळवणे
सील करण्यापूर्वी अंतिम गुणवत्ता तपासणी करणे
बॉक्स फोल्डिंग, टेप लावणे व बारकोड चिकटवणे
दररोजच्या पॅकेजिंगची नोंद ठेवणे
२️⃣ कलर सेट पॅकेजिंगडिझाईन शीटनुसार योग्य रंग मोजून ठेवणे
रंगाच्या बाटल्या व्यवस्थित भरून सील करणे
शेड नंबर बरोबर जुळवणे
रंग मिसळणे, गळती किंवा रंग कमी पडणे टाळणे
कलर विभागात स्वच्छता राखणे
३️⃣ मालाची लोडिंग व अनलोडिंगतयार माल डिस्पॅचसाठी सुरक्षितपणे लोड करणे
कच्चा माल (कॅनव्हास रोल, रंग, बॉक्स इ.) अनलोड करणे
माल व्यवस्थित स्टोरेजमध्ये लावणे
माल हाताळताना नुकसान होणार नाही याची काळजी घेणे
कुरिअर पिकअपवेळी डिस्पॅच टीमला मदत करणे
स्टॉक हालचालीची शिस्त पाळणे
४️⃣ गुणवत्ता व शिस्तकंपनीचे नियम व सुरक्षा मार्गदर्शक तत्वे पाळणे
कामाची जागा स्वच्छ ठेवणे
खराब किंवा कमी माल त्वरित कळवणे
साहित्याची नासाडी टाळणे
दररोजचे टार्गेट वेळेत पूर्ण करणे
आवश्यक कौशल्ये:बारकाईने काम करण्याची सवय
नंबर व कोड वाचता येणे
वजन उचलण्यासाठी शारीरिक तंदुरुस्ती
टीममध्ये काम करण्याची क्षमता
वेळेवर व जबाबदारीने काम करणे
अनुभव:फ्रेशर चालेल
पॅकेजिंग/फॅक्टरी अनुभव असल्यास प्राधान्य
कामगिरीचे मूल्यमापन:पॅकेजिंगमधील अचूकता
कामाचा वेग व टार्गेट पूर्ण करणे
चुका कमी असणे
हजेरी व वेळेचे पालन
माल हाताळताना काळजी
