As per the Ministry of Labour & Employment, the minimum wage for plumbers as skilled workers is ₹900 per day in the central sphere as of 1 April 2026. Apprenticeship completion under NAPS is also accepted for entry-level roles. No formal degree is mandated for domestic plumber positions.
