Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Security Management
• Monitor entry and exit of all personnel, visitors, and vehicles
• Maintain gate register (inward/outward entries)
• Verify ID cards, gate passes, and delivery challans
• Preventing unauthorized access to site

2. Material & Asset Protection
• Check incoming and outgoing materials as per gate pass
• Prevent theft, pilferage, and misuse of company assets
• Conduct random checks of vehicles and workers (as per policy)
• Maintain records of material movement

3. Surveillance & Monitoring
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities
• Conduct regular patrolling of the entire site (day/night)
• Identify security risks such as unsafe areas or blind spots

4. Safety Compliance Support
• Ensure workers follow safety rules (helmet, PPE, etc.)
• Restrict unsafe practices and report violations
• Assist safety team during emergency situations

5. Incident Reporting
• Report theft, damage, accidents, or suspicious activities
• Prepare daily incident and security reports
• Maintain logbook of all activities

6. Emergency Handling
• Respond to emergencies like fire, accidents, or conflicts
• Coordinate with police, fire brigade, or ambulance if required
• Assist in evacuation procedures

7. Workforce Discipline
• Maintain discipline at entry/exit points
• Handle conflicts or disputes at gate level
• Ensure no alcohol, tobacco, or prohibited items enter site

Key Skills Required:
• Basic reading & writing (Hindi/Gujarati/English preferred)
• Alertness and observation skills
• Physical fitness
• Basic knowledge of security procedures
• Ability to handle emergency situations

Working Conditions:
• Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
• Outdoor duty in all weather conditions
• Standing and patrolling required
