Role Overview
The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing items safely, and ensuring timely dispatch as per Zepto’s operational standards. The role requires speed, accuracy, and discipline in maintaining product quality and warehouse hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Picking
Pick items from shelves based on customer orders using the Zepto app/device.

Packing
Pack orders neatly and securely to avoid damage during delivery.

Warehouse Operations
Assist in unloading stock and arranging items on shelves.

Coordination
Coordinate with delivery partners for timely dispatch.

Required Skills
Basic reading and mobile app handling skills
