Picker & Packer work in the warehouse, handling order picking, packing, and other basic warehouse operations 🏭

Salary & Benefits:

💵 CTC: ₹18,000 per month

🎯 Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month

🚀 Incentives: Up to ₹4,000

(On 26 days full attendance & performance)

⏱️ Overtime (OT): ₹142 per hour
