Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue Batch Packing Records (BPR) as per Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Ensure accurate, real-time documentation during packing operations.
• Perform review of BPRs for completeness, correctness, and compliance.
• Coordinate line clearance documentation with QA before and after packing activities.
• Manage issuance, control, and reconciliation of packing materials (labels, cartons, leaflets).
• Identify, report, and document deviations, discrepancies, and errors.
• Maintain proper filing, archival, and retrieval of packing documents.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation readiness and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: B.Sc. (Any stream)/ B. Pharm

Experience:
• Prior experience in an OSD pharmaceutical plant is mandatory
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical packing processes

Skills Required:
• Strong attention to detail
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills
