• Patrolling & Monitoring: Regularly walk or drive around assigned perimeters to inspect doors, windows, and gates, and to detect any suspicious activity or hazards.
• Access Control: Manage the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles. Verify credentials, issue guest passes, and prevent unauthorized access.
• Surveillance: Continuously observe CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and building controls to identify threats.
• Incident Response: Act as the first responder during emergencies (e.g., fires, medical incidents, or disturbances). Investigate alarms and de-escalate conflicts.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs and write detailed incident reports detailing any irregularities, property damage, or suspicious behavior
