Job Description
• Leak Detection & Repair: Troubleshoot and fix concealed leaks in walls, ceilings, and under floors without causing unnecessary damage to interior finishes.
• Fixture Maintenance: Install, repair, and service interior fixtures like washbasins, faucets, showers, flush valves, and under-sink plumbing.
• Drain Clearing: Clear blockages and resolve slow drainage in sinks, bathtubs, and toilets.
• Cosmetic Restoration: Perform basic sealing, grouting, and touch-up work around repaired fixtures to maintain the interior's aesthetic appeal.
• Preventive Checks: Conduct routine inspections of water supply lines and valves to prevent sudden indoor flooding.
• Technical Skills: Experience with various pipe materials (CPVC, UPVC, PEX, and copper) and concealed cistern systems.
• Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic ability to locate hidden faults in piping systems.
• Interior Awareness: Precision in cutting access holes and a commitment to keeping workspaces clean and minimally disruptive to the client's environment
