We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packing Supervisor to manage our warehouse packing operations and ensure timely, accurate dispatches.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Supervise the daily packing operations of the warehouse.
ā¢ Ensure all orders are packed accurately as per the invoice and dispatch schedule.
ā¢ Maintain packing quality and presentation standards.
ā¢ Allocate work to packers and monitor their productivity.
ā¢ Verify products, quantities, and packaging materials before dispatch.
ā¢ Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and shipment documentation.
ā¢ Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
ā¢ Train and guide packing staff to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
ā¢ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
Requirements
ā¢ 2ā5 years of experience in warehouse packing or dispatch operations.
ā¢ Good leadership and people management skills.
ā¢ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches.
ā¢ Basic knowledge of Excel and warehouse documentation.
ā¢ Experience with e-commerce or FMCG packing operations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ā¹12,000.00 - ā¹15,000.00 per month
