About Us

Chayam Tea is a leading tea company based in Kolkata, India. We specialize in a wide range of premium teas, including flavored, black, green, and herbal teas. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packing Supervisor to manage our warehouse packing operations and ensure timely, accurate dispatches.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily packing operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure all orders are packed accurately as per the invoice and dispatch schedule.
• Maintain packing quality and presentation standards.
• Allocate work to packers and monitor their productivity.
• Verify products, quantities, and packaging materials before dispatch.
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Train and guide packing staff to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse packing or dispatch operations.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and warehouse documentation.
• Experience with e-commerce or FMCG packing operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
