Job description: We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Workers to join our team. The role involves packing products such as jewellery packaging materials, bakery boxes, and party supplies with accuracy and care to ensure high-quality delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities: Pack products (stickers, boxes, cards, banners, etc.) as per order requirements Check product quality before packing (no damage, correct quantity) Label and organize packages properly for dispatch Follow packing instructions and daily targets Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area Coordinate with the dispatch and inventory team Requirements: Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass Experience in packing/warehouse work preferred (Freshers can apply) Basic understanding of counting and handling materials Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Honest, disciplined, and punctual Working Hours: Full-time: 9–10 hours shift Weekly off: 1 day Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience) Overtime available Growth opportunity in warehouse/operations Note: Work from home is not available for this role This is a physical, on-site job Work Location: Kolkata
