• Machine Operation Setup: Prepares, calibrates, and operates machinery to package products according to company standards.
• Quality Control: Inspects final products, including seals, labels, and packaging materials, to ensure they meet quality and safety specifications.
• Preventative Maintenance: Performs routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on packaging machinery to minimize downtime.
• Production Documentation: Completes necessary paperwork, such as logs and reports, regarding production numbers and any issues encountered.
• Safety Compliance: Adheres to all safety protocols (such as OSHA) and keeps the workspace clean and organized.
• Material Handling: Manages inventory of packaging materials (e.g., boxes, film) and moves completed products to the designated inventory area.
