Job Summary

This position offers a stable, full-time role with fixed salary, overtime pay, and rotational shifts (day/night). As a Warehouse Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, labeling, and organizing products for dispatch, ensuring that all items meet our quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
• Pick, scan, and pack products accurately based on customer orders.
• Ensure all items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Label packages correctly and update order processing systems as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packing area.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Meet daily targets while maintaining packing accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with the logistics and inventory team for seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum education: 10th Pass or above.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English or local language.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of handling packing tools and machines (preferred, not mandatory).
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Experience
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.

Working Hours
• Shift Options:
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Weekly Off on Rotational Basis
• Overtime Available (Paid as per company policy)
