URGENT HIRING – PICKER PACKER JOB

As per the Ministry of Labour & Employment, the minimum wage for unskilled packing workers in Delhi is ₹18,766 per month from 1 April 2026. Overtime must be paid at double the ordinary rate for hours beyond 8 per day. This rate applies to all registered establishments under the Minimum Wages Act.

As per the Ministry of Labour & Employment, candidates for packing jobs must have passed Class 8 and be between 18 and 45 years of age. No prior experience is mandated for entry-level roles in registered warehouses. Employers must verify Aadhaar-linked records during hiring.

As per the Ministry of Labour & Employment, applicants must submit Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook, and Class 8 certificate. Form I and medical fitness certificate are also required for factories covered under the Factories Act. All documents must be uploaded on the Shram Suvidha Portal before joining.

As per the Ministry of Labour & Employment, packing workers are limited to 8 hours per day and 48 hours per week under the Factories Act. They are entitled to 15 days of earned leave after 240 days of work and 7 days of casual leave annually. Night shifts require additional rest of 12 hours between shifts.
