Role: Senior Staffing Agency (SSA) - Part Time

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for blue and grey collar job positions
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings and offer negotiations
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
