Position: Plumber (प्लम्बर)
Department: MEP Department
Location: Project Site (High-Rise Building Projects)
Reporting To: MEP Engineer / Site Supervisor

Job Summary (कार्य का उद्देश्य)

Plumber का मुख्य कार्य High-Rise Residential एवं Commercial Buildings में Plumbing Works को approved drawings और company standards के अनुसार execute करना है। इसमें Water Supply, Drainage, Sewage, Storm Water एवं Fire Fighting Systems की installation, testing और maintenance शामिल है।

Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ)
• High-Rise Buildings में Plumbing System की installation एवं maintenance करना।
• Approved drawings एवं layouts के अनुसार plumbing work execute करना।
• Water Supply, Drainage, Sewage, Storm Water और Fire Fighting pipelines की fitting एवं installation करना।
• Pipe cutting, threading, fitting, joining एवं fixing का कार्य करना।
• Plumbing Drawings और Shop Drawings को पढ़कर उसके अनुसार कार्य करना।
• Wash Basin, WC (Toilet), Urinal, Sink, Shower, Taps आदि sanitary fixtures को install करना।
• Hydro Test, Pressure Test एवं Leakage Test करना।
• Civil, Electrical एवं MEP Teams के साथ coordination करके कार्य को समय पर पूरा करना।
• Site Safety Rules एवं PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Jacket) का पालन करना।
• Daily work progress एवं material requirements की जानकारी Supervisor/Engineer को देना।
• Plumbing tools एवं equipment का सही उपयोग एवं maintenance सुनिश्चित करना।
• Plumbing related issues को identify करके उनका समाधान करना।
• Quality standards एवं project timelines का पालन करना।

Required Skills (आवश्यक कौशल)
• High-Rise Building Plumbing Systems की अच्छी knowledge।
• CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, GI एवं PPR pipes के साथ काम करने का अनुभव।
• Plumbing Drawings पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता।
• Plumbing Tools एवं Equipment को operate करने का अनुभव।
• Construction Site Safety Practices की जानकारी।
• Teamwork एवं Communication Skills अच्छी होनी चाहिए।
• Pressure में काम करने एवं deadlines को meet करने की क्षमता।

Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक योग्यता)
• ITI (Plumber) / Diploma या equivalent qualification।
• Plumbing या MEP field का certification होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

Experience (अनुभव)
• High-Rise Residential/Commercial Projects में 3–8 वर्षों का अनुभव।
• Plumbing एवं Fire Fighting Systems की installation और testing का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

• Quality work सुनिश्चित करना एवं rework को minimize करना।
• Safety standards का पालन करना।
• Testing एवं commissioning activities को सफलतापूर्वक complete करना।

Working Conditions (कार्य परिस्थितियाँ)
• कार्य मुख्य रूप से Construction Project Sites पर किया जाएगा।
• Project requirements के अनुसार overtime या extended working hours हो सकते हैं।
• Company की आवश्यकता अनुसार विभिन्न project locations पर कार्य करने के लिए तैयार रहना होगा।
