Job Description
• Send and collect couriers from the courier vendors and distribute couriers to the right employees
• Track inventory of pantry and washroom
• Manage register of the reception and responsible for security of reception area
• Collect and submit bills of stationary, pantry material, House Keeping, courier and any other admin related bills to Admin Manager
• Doing work with a smile on face
• Travel across the city when required for sample collection or any other work
• Visiting banks for collection of documents / submission of documents or dropping/collection of cheques
• Filing and maintenance of office documents properly
• Handle cleaning and dusting of whole office daily morning before the staff coming to office and make sure toilets are washed daily and properly
• Clean table, monitor, keyboards, mouse, CPU and phones daily and properly
• Handle personal work of the Director
• Answering incoming calls of the reception and transferring it to the right department
• Serving Glass of Water/Tea/Coffee to Director, Employees/Visitors
• Responsible for pantry cleanliness and all utensils of the pantry to be washed properly after use
• Replenish drinking water bottles
• Ensure proper cleanliness of cup, glass, coaster and hands before serving tea/coffee
• Responsible for opening and closing office and Ensure all switches are off before leaving

Coordinate with vendor for refilling printer cartridge or its repair

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
