Job Description:
What you will do:
• Attend and resolve customer complaints related to plumbing issues such as water leakages in flats.
• Perform shifting and fixing of water lines as required at site locations.
• Carry out temporary water connection work at sites based on instructions given by the Engineer-in-Charge.
• Ensure all plumbing tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within required timelines.
• Conduct routine checks to identify faults and repair plumbing fixtures, pipelines, and fittings.
• Maintain basic documentation of work completed and materials used.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment.
• Support project teams during site handover by resolving pending plumbing issues.
• Report material requirements, damages, and shortages to the concerned engineer or store department.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and work procedures at all times.
• Provide immediate support during plumbing emergencies at the site.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a plumber in residential or construction sites
• Strong knowledge of water line installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site as required.
• Ability to follow instructions given by Engineer / Site In-charge.
