Job Description
Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Electricians to join their innovative team, contributing to large-scale renewable energy projects. This is a fully remote, fully supported apprenticeship program designed to provide hands-on training and theoretical knowledge to individuals aspiring to become skilled electricians in the renewable energy sector. You will work under the guidance of experienced mentors, gaining invaluable experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for solar and wind power installations. This program emphasizes safety, technical proficiency, and a commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior electricians in the installation, wiring, and commissioning of electrical components for renewable energy systems (e.g., solar panels, inverters, wind turbines). Learn and apply electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards in all aspects of work. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues under the supervision of experienced mentors. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Participate in virtual training sessions covering electrical theory, safety procedures, and renewable energy technologies. Assist in the documentation of work performed and materials used. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Contribute to a safe and organized work environment. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the principles of renewable energy generation.
