1. Job Summary

A Fabrication Fitter is responsible for

Co2 Welding

1.Assembling

2.Fitting, and installing fabricated metal components

3. Fabrication Drawing Knowldge.

4. Reading Engineering Drawings

3. Skills & Requirements
• Basic knowledge of fabrication and fitting work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with tools like grinder, drilling machine, cutting tools
• Knowledge of measurement tools (Vernier caliper, measuring tape, etc.)
• Good understanding of safety practices in fabrication work
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment

4. Qualification
• ITI (Fitter) / Equivalent Technical Qualification
• Experience:
• Fresher / Semi-Skilled: 0–4 years
• Skilled Fitter: 2–5 years

5. Salary Range
• Helper / Fresher: ₹ 13000 – ₹15,000
• Semi-Skilled: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000
• Skilled Fitter: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000

6. Working Conditions
• Factory / Workshop environment
• May require overtime depending on project deadlines
