Job Title: Packing Executive / Packer

Location: Pirangut, Pune.

Industry: Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Executive to handle the packaging of finished products in a manufacturing unit. The role involves ensuring proper packing, labeling, and maintaining quality standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

● Pack finished goods as per company standards and guidelines

● Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and barcoding of products

● Handle packing materials and ensure minimal wastage

● Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times

● Assist in loading and unloading of goods if required

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area

● Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

● Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

● Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred

● Basic understanding of packing procedures and materials

● Physically fit and able to handle manual work

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with industrial packaging tools/machines

● Basic knowledge of inventory or dispatch processes

● Ability to work in shifts

Salary:

Upto 3 lpa based on experience

Accomodation - 1 time meal and stay offered by the company

Shift:

Rotational / Day shift (as per company requirement)
