Job Description – Helper (Packaging Material)

Position: Helper – Packaging Material
Department: Production / Packing
Reporting To: Production Supervisor

Job Purpose:
To assist in handling, arranging, and supplying packaging materials required for production and packing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in loading and unloading packaging materials from the store to the production area.
• Arrange and maintain packaging materials properly in the designated storage area.
• Support the packing team by providing required materials such as boxes, pouches, labels, tapes, etc.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the packaging material area.
• Help in counting and stacking packaging materials as per instructions.
• Inform the supervisor about shortage or damage of packaging materials.
• Follow company safety rules and procedures while handling materials.
• Assist in any other work assigned by the supervisor related to packaging operations.

Qualification:
• Minimum 10th Pass (Preferred)

Experience:
• 0–2 years experience in packaging / production helper role preferred.

Skills Required:
• Basic understanding of packaging materials
• Ability to lift and move materials
• Discipline and teamwork

Working Conditions:
• Factory / Production floor environment
• May require standing for long hours and lifting materials.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
