Job Description
S24X7 Facility Management is hiring skilled and motivated Technicians to join our growing operations team. We are looking for candidates with experience or training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Mechanical, or MEP maintenance to support our commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional clients across Pune and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of facility equipment and systems.
- Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in assigned technical areas.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints while maintaining service quality.
- Execute work in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and clients to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Support installation, servicing, and commissioning activities when required.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of maintenance practices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Pune and nearby areas.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
